First we need to determine what your benefits are. You can find
that information yourself, by calling the 1-800 number on the back of your insurance
card. Or I can get that information for you, if you give me your name and insurance
information.
Once we determine your benefits I am happy to submit all claims
for you.
I am an in-network provider for MHN and Oxford insurance companies.
I can bill all other insurance companies on your behalf if you have out-of-network
benefits. If you aren't sure what your benefits are, or whether my services will
